A foreclosed home can bring to mind properties that aren’t very well taken care of – unkempt yards, sagging rooflines, and broken windows. In reality, foreclosures come in all shapes and sizes.

Even the most luxurious of homes can end up in foreclosure, and that can be good news for buyers looking for a deal. According to Vija Williams, Zillow Premier Agent and Principal of VIJA Group Real Estate, higher value foreclosed homes can be an opportunity to get a much more affordable price.

Here’s a list of some of the most expensive foreclosed homes on the market today, with the listings being current as of June 6, 2019.
